EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director will have managerial responsibility for the Colloquium including daily
operations and supervision of various levels of staff. Candidates will demonstrate abilities in
budgeting and cost controls, supervision and training of employees, marketing, and strong attention
to operational revenue goals and outcomes. Position requires excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience in providing healthcare services
and will have at least 2-3 years of management experience.
DIRECTOR OF MEMBER RELATIONS
The Director of Member Relations will develop and implement the Colloquium sales process
from lead generation throughout membership. Assess needs and ensure that program objectives
are met. Candidate will also coordinate program committees and other groups. Requires a
bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 3 years of management / client service experience.
IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
The position will be responsible for partnering with hospitals & medical centers to drive process improvement delivery through process design, improvement and management skills.
- Provide hands-on team leadership and process improvement subject matter expertise
- Help define and manage hospital expectations and drive the successful delivery and completion of the heart failure accreditation process
- Provide guidance to the hospitals as needed as it relates to driving process improvements.
Requires a degree in nursing (preferably with a cardiovascular focus) with a minimum of 2 years experience.
